GAGE Privacy Policy

By signing up to the Gender and Adolescence: Global Evidence (GAGE) newsletter you give consent for us to use your email in accordance with the policy outlined here.

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use this information for the following reasons:

* to tell you about GAGE’s work;

* to contact you if we need to obtain additional information

* to check our records are correct

* to send news updates, event invitations and publications announcements from our project

We use a third-party provider, Dotmailer, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Dotmailer provides more information on their services on their website. We do look to see how many people are opening our emails but do not use this data to profile you individually.

We will not share your data with anyone other than our newsletter provider and our donor, DFID.

GAGE is the data processor and DFID is the data controller for the GAGE newsletter and its subscriber data. You can contact those managing this list directly at gage@odi.org.uk or our general contact details are available at https://www.gage.odi.org/contact-us.

We will come back to you every 3 years to confirm that you will consent to receiving emails from us. If you do not consent, we will stop sending you emails.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or by emailing us at gage@odi.org.uk. If you unsubscribe your email address will no longer be contacted but it will be retained so that we can make sure we do not contact you in the future.
